Personalized Orders are non-returnable.
Personalized items may not be returned under any condition as they are created specifically for you. Once you place your order, we do everything we can to rush your order through, ensuring that you receive your items in a timely manner. No refunds are issued for personalized items. Please proofread your item carefully. We may begin work on your order immediately.
Edible Items are non-returnable.
We are unable to accept edible items as returns under any condition due to health and safety reasons. |
Items Returned Within 30 Days.
Due to the unfortunate abuse of internet shopping returns, we can no longer accept returns on good merchandise. The exception would be that damaged occurred during shipping or if you received the wrong products in error. In this case, you must immediately contact BadaBadaBingo at (866) 242-4646 so we may replace your contents right away. Please hold onto the original shipping packaging so that we may issue a damage claim.
Refused Orders
All refused orders will be subject to a restocking fee. Refused orders are when you refuse to sign for the package that you ordered with our company. You are responsible for the additional costs that our shipping carriers charge for refused orders. Original shipping charges and products are not refundable. In addition, refused orders will be subject to additional shipping charges incurred in the return and retrieval of the shipment to BadaBadaBingo.
